We had a good roll up to the November patchwork day for the Drunkards Path project and some UFO's.
We have changed the date for our Christmas meet to Saturday 14th December as the regular date is too close to Christmas. It will be our last meet for 2024 so come along, have some fun, be festive if you like. Bring a wrapped gift (as a guide the value set was $10) and preferably patchwork, sewing or textile related or themed as such and bring a plate to share for our Christmas Lunch. It is a UFO day for your projects that you want to finish and the race is on if you want them finished by Christmas.
Don't forget to bring along any ideas for our 2025 Patchwork Programme of projects you have learned, would like to learn or think others might be interested in learning. Please bring a photo or the quilt/project itself and instructions/pattern. It's nice to have a mix of small and larger projects. We will vote for 6 projects for 2025.
For those that we will not see on the 14th December we wish you a Merry Christmas and hope to see you in the New Year.
