CWA News

Instead of having a meeting in November, we’re having our Christmas Break-up and meeting at Kay Dean’s home in Morven on Wednesday, 4th December, starting at the earlier time of 10am.

Riverina Group Council Meeting was at Narrandera on 25th November, and we had a car-load attending. Congratulations to Kay Dean on coming second in the Group with her Cultural Report for 2024!

School News

Presentation night will be held on Monday 16th December, starting 6pm at the Pleasant Hills Hall. Please bring a plate to share for supper. Students will be provided with a sausage sizzle lunch on their last day, Wednesday 18th December.

Well, 2024 is nearly ‘done and dusted’, and the Pleasant Hills District is beginning to see some slow changes. wildlife numbers seem to be holding their own. Congratulation to Sharpie on his gaining of the “top job” in the Shire.
