We held our Annual Meeting at the Albury Commercial Club. All committee positions remain the same for the upcoming year. A special highlight was Wendy Crosby winning first prize for her Ag and Environment Report, which will now proceed to the State level.

We recently celebrated Eunice McRae’s 90th birthday and Bev Frohling’s 80th birthday with lovely luncheons.

Our Country of Study for the next year is South Korea. New environmental topics include:

We held another successful cake stall at Bunnings. Land Cookery results: Coconut Loaf – 1st Wendy Crosby, 2nd Natalie Hasler, 3rd Margaret Hasler; Gluten Free Magic Bean Cake – 1st Natalie Hasler, 2nd Kay Dean, 3rd Bev Hasler.

Our final meeting for the year will be a Christmas Party at Kay Dean’s home in Morven on Wednesday, 4th December at 10am. Please bring a salad, a Kris Kringle gift ($10 value, red/green, op-shop or upcycled), and items for a charity hamper.
