We are very excited to announce (for those who haven’t been past) that the FOUR (yes 4!!) new tennis courts are taking shape. Thank you very much to the Lockhart Shire Council, for sorting this & organising. There will also be new fences in place around these courts which are coming from the Bolton Park tennis redevelopment in Wagga. It should all look very smart! It augers well for the upcoming season when several teams will once more be able to play at home. A big thank you to Dave, Dale & Grant for their time & muscle (& tractor!) to get things ready.
Our AGM will be held on Friday, 9th August, at 7pm at the pub. Please let any of the committee know (David, Renae, Sarah, Carol or Grant), if you or someone you know, is interested in playing, whether it be to fill in occasionally or more regularly. Always great to see new faces (or familiar faces back!).
Stay tuned for coaching updates over the next months.
