The tennis season has now finished. It was a successful year for our teams, despite some challenges with our courts.
Finals Results
- Section 3a: Lost to Howlong in the preliminary final (61 to 89) on a very hot day. Howlong went on to defeat Walbundrie in the grand final.
- Section 5: Put up a great fight, narrowly losing 56 to 66 (7 sets to 9).
Season Highlights
We celebrated the end of the season with a BBQ windup last Sunday on the verandah of the pub. The two grades that combined with Gerogery West enjoyed the season and were very good to work with. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't host two teams playing on our courts at the same time.
Thank you to everyone for a successful season!
