All Kitchen Staff please read: Food Safety & handling laws have brought in a food handling course that all who are handling food need to complete and it’s being enforced and all people cooking in the kitchen at the pub need to complete by the 8th December. The free online course is on the website as indicated by the attached. When you have completed this and you get your certificate could you email, locksley76@yahoo.com.au or text to 0428293047 to Suzanne.
Here we are with harvest underway again, trying to dodge the rain, except for the few who are finished already 23 November 2023. As a consequence, the Hotel has been a bit quiet, so please still come when you get a chance.
Since the last newsletter, we held a public meeting at the Hotel about the NBN tower, 11 people attended and there was a unanimous vote to reject the tower in the pub yard.
The last Sunday “Lunch Under the Veranda” was enjoyed by those that attended. It was unfortunate that a number of people that booked did not attend. Please, if you book for upcoming luncheons and cannot attend, please call or text Janette or Michelle so that we can avoid over catering.
Please pencil in on your calendars our Christmas Party on Friday 22nd December. Hopefully we will all be finished harvest and make a really good night, until then happy harvesting.
