Well we had a big roll up for October with lots of different items being sewn. We had quilts, table runner, applique work, dressmaking, machine quilting, English paper piecing, Sewing Machine Cover from a free motion sampler, Christmas tea towels, crocheting and Elasticising a Tablecloth, lots to eat and talk about. Welcome to Fiona who joined us for the first time.
Our next meeting is Saturday November 19th and we are doing a Quilt As You Go Table runner. Contact Deb Stanley or Virginia Clancy if you would like more information on the Table runner. If you prefer to keep working on your UFO's that is fine also. BYO your lunch, $6 for hall hire and all your sewing requisites and Show-n-Tell.
It's time to start thinking of our programme for next year, so if you have a pattern or technique that you would like to share or learn, and you will not be at our December meeting then please bring them along so that we can present them for you at the December meeting for voting.
