Paterson Rail Motor Society’s 620 class Rail Motor, built in 1961, was hired for a Southern Branches tour of the Riverina from March 31st to April 5th. The train travelled to The Rock, Junee, Griffith, Hillston, Temora, Naradhan, and Cootamundra.

At Boree Creek, passengers enjoyed lunch and a visit to Tim Fischer Park. Highlights included dinner at the Temora Aviation Museum and afternoon tea at the restored Junee Station dining room. A minor train problem at The Rock was repaired by a local auto electrician from Henty, whose help was much appreciated by the crew.
