Year 6 Tradition
Our annual tradition of Year 6 students planting a tree was held recently. Harriet, Nicholas, and Peter each planted a Manchurian Pear in the front garden of the school as a memento of their primary schooling.
Schools Renewal Program
We are receiving assistance from the NSW Government’s Schools Renewal Program to extend the shade structure between the two main buildings. The school will contribute 50% of the cost. The extension will provide a larger covered outdoor area and a safer entrance during rain.
Student Activities
- Breakfast with the Birds: Students enjoyed a field observation session with Ben from Birdlife, learning about common local birds.
- School Swimming: All K-6 students are attending swimming lessons at Lockhart pool for nine days.
- Remembrance Day: Students held a service at school to remember victims of war, laying flowers and reading poems.
Preschool News: The last day for 2021 is December 15th. We look forward to seeing everyone back in February 2022.
