Elaine Scholz kindly presented the 32 Children’s Quilts to the representative from Ronald McDonald House at the Lutheran Church on 5th June. A great effort by all who participated.
Our last meeting was a UFO Day where we had a variety of projects being worked on, completed, and started.
Our next meeting is on Saturday 17th July and is a challenge. The challenge is simple: just pick 2 colours and a pattern that you like and create whatever you like. It might be a 12" block, quilt, bag, table runner, pot mit, trivet, cushion, wall-hanging or whatever you like. You must only use 2 colours; if your pattern uses more than 2 fabrics you can use shades of those colours but don't introduce another colour.
Come along for a creative day and a chat with friends.
