I hope all of our staff, students and families have an enjoyable holiday break and I look forward to seeing everyone’s smiling faces in Term 4. Students will return to school for the beginning of Term 4 on Monday 12 October.

Book Week 2020 was enjoyed by everyone.

We are currently in the process of undertaking the early stages of our new school planning cycle, commencing 2021. This process involves the rigorous evaluation of our current school plan and a detailed analysis of a range of internal and external data, regarding both the academic and wellbeing needs of our students. Over the past few weeks, we have been undertaking a situational analysis. Conducting a situational analysis allows us to develop a rich and highly contextualised understanding of our school’s current situation. As part of this situational analysis, we have been collecting data, collating evidence and engaging with specific research. This will continue to be a thorough process of looking inward, looking outward and looking forward. We look forward to working in partnership with our community to develop a Strategic Improvement Plan (SIP) that is specific to our school’s needs, collaborative and meets the needs of our students and community.

A reminder that our school is participating in the Partners in Learning Parent survey. The survey asks parents and carers a number of questions to do with their child/ren’s schooling. This feedback is valuable as it enables us to make practical improvements and assists with our new school plan. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to have your say and help us to meet the needs of our students and community.

All responses are anonymous and will be used to further shape and refine our school. We greatly appreciate your time to complete the survey and your open and honest feedback.
