Last month we had a lovely day, cold outside but snug and warm inside stitching and knitting. We had a variety of projects on the tables ranging from a Kaleidoscope quilt, Memory quilt of a loved one, Sewing Machine Mat & Accessories, Couple of Carry Bags, including one being Thermal lined, Lots of knitting for Peter Mac. Prida brought some yummy pumpkin scones for our morning tea.
We had sad news from Peter Creek who called in to say that his daughter Bec had passed away. We would like to send our condolences to all the family.
Our next meeting is a UFO Day on 17th October therefore, bring whatever you would like to keep working on and enjoy each other’s company. Hall usage is $6 per person, BYO your own lunch, and COVID safe rules apply.
