The Hotel is reopening on the 9th October for Fridays only at this stage. We encourage all kitchen staff to do the COVID 19 Awareness for Food Service Training Course. This is a free online course and it does not take very long to complete. The course can be found on the following website: foodauthority.nsw.gov.au
As you will read on the COVID Safety Plan there will be some changes to the normal and this will include two volunteers working in the bar area, so everyone needs to appreciate how important the volunteers are. Please come forward and offer to go on the roster if you have a current RSA certificate. Also please respect the COVID Safety Rules and be curtesy to all staff. Thank You and welcome back.
