Our next patchwork gathering is on Saturday March 15th.
Our next project is the Golden Outback quilt by Yvonne Skodt. Yvonne made this in flannel fabric and although it may look challenging, it is a quick and easy project with clever piecing as the diamonds are constructed from strip-pieced triangles. However, you can make this in cotton instead of flannel and coordinating colours including bright colours.
Don’t forget the Henty Exhibition is coming up in April, so get your UFO’s finished for it.
You’ll need $6 towards hall hire, morning tea to share and your lunch. All visitors are made welcome, and a cuppa is ready all day. The day starts around 09:30am and finishes around 3:30pm.
