It has been a busy month at the pub. We held an annual pre-field day working bee to clean the pub and install new playground equipment. A big thank you to all who helped dispose of the old fort and get everything ready.
The Cystic Fibrosis Car Rally called in on Saturday 14th September for lunch, and we made a donation of $300 to their cause. Big thanks to Annie, Nic, and Sharpy for feeding and serving the 90 people in attendance.
Field day week saw good numbers through the doors, and with Osborne in the footy finals, the pub had several busy Saturdays. Solar panels will soon be installed on the roof to help with electricity bills, and a mobile service booster will be purchased to improve safety and service at the hotel.
