Twenty-one days, 8 families, 16 adults, 21 nearly-adults, and 6450km. What a fantastic holiday everyone had! Leaving Walbundrie on 27th June, we set off for Uluru via Coober Pedy.
Highlights included watching the sunrise and sunset at Uluru, exploring Kings Canyon, and driving the rough Mereenie Loop Road to Alice Springs.
We also tackled the Oodnadatta Track, where many hands made light work of flat tires and a smashed rear windscreen. We highly recommend jumping at the chance to experience the centre of Australia with a group of like-minded people.
